Strangers’ Poems
Event Production
Business Development

Strangers’ Poems started as a street practice in 2017 with a simple premise: Give three words, get a poem. The success of this project has evolved into partnerships with retail brands, music festivals, concert venues, event production companies, galleries, and museums.

As a member of the Strangers’ Poems team, I planned and executed an event at San Francisco Center for the Book and an activation at the MOMASF annual Member Party.

The evolution of this collective will continue into 2026 with the soft-launch of artist-directed, experiential awareness campaigns for local brands.

Broadway Studios
and Fame Venue

Event Production
Business Development

Broadway Studios and Fame Venue are storied event spaces within the historical Garibaldi Hall in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco.

A recent revitalization effort seeks to honor the former life of Fame Venue—once known as the ”palace of punk” Mabuhay Gardens.

I took on the job of booking coordinator to develop critical service flows, protocol, and documentation.

In this role, I provided oversight for both rentals and shows—from lead generation to invoicing to promotion and event logistics. I also built strategic partnerships and designed digital infrastructure under the mentorship of veteran promoters and seasoned venue managers.

Poppy Flowers
Business Development

Poppy is an online retailer for custom wedding flowers that relies on a unique network of freelance florists ranging from amateur and part-time to expert.

In collaboration with a team of design strategists, I identified the Poppy florist network as an untapped customer base, established data-backed service priorities, and outlined a path to launch for a new initiative—a career-advancement platform that provides florists with opportunities to learn floral design skills while gaining paid experience.

San Francisco OEWD
and The Office of Civic Innovation
Business Development

In 2022, the rate of small business openings in San Francisco outpaced the rate of small business closures for the first time since the pandemic. In order to improve the services provided to small business owners, government officials partnered with Civic Bridge to streamline the permit process.

As part of Civic Bridget, I facilitated a 60-minute virtual workshop for internal stakeholders to present research insights and prioritized recommendations for internal organization, data management, public outreach, and case manager experience. Participants included officials from more than a dozen city departments.
